equal significance on the way up.
why? because there will buyers at 16.5 looking to bail.
shorts will look at leveraging this supply to short.
it's called a resistance, supply zone
that's why it's mostly a losing game for retail.
you look at % gain today. that doesn't matter.
it's closed right where people want to bail.
