I don't think it's an HS pattern, check this chart

Note: We have broken out the massive triangle formation for upside with a strong liquidity foundation. That's bullish! not bearish, so we have one left triangle formation and another at the bottom what I called the impulsive signal, meaning the market is hungry for these shares.
That base was setup within the zone, it is perfect! Then another one broke out outside the downtrend line, and structural forming setting up just outside the trendline, so now the light green trendline up and down just formed, its a great signal telling the market this QPM wants to go up.
