very very good post @Sdaji , and you only left out, The market hates not knowing, not having a direction, so all the shares currently held are looking at dilution, all the shares that were bought in the last 7 weeks from the gap up GM announcement have lost nearly 50% and this latest announcement tells them dilution is coming. So the weak holders sell driving it lower, it becomes self perpetuating to a point, time is what this needs.
