I think that its expected that at some stage in a small cap speculative ASX stock like QPM that some dilution occurs along the way through capital raises and the like. I try to maintain my average and holding level when I can.

I want to see the real DFS release, but if the company is talking or has mentioned off handedly to some people that they are figuring a 60/40 debt to equity split, I do hope that equity has a much higher value than 11 cents per slice. How's about that?

In my own experiences I have never been a sophisticated classed investor only a mere retailer and in just about every CR I have participated in I have been capped and end up owning less of the company than I had beforehand. So Ive had to try and gain that back on market.

I want absolute minimal dilution. Every time.
