Makes sense, agree with the close on the 12th as 11 cents was a bid at a closing auction. I think the low is very close. Perhaps we need another high volume down move. The FA should kick in soon. QPM got approved today with the Council and with further news the chart will start aligning to the upside. But we need more conformations on that one.
