    capex, difficulty of financing, IRR, commodity prices, investor confidence, current market cap to name a few.
    I don't mean it's not possible, just improbable. SG always talked about doing this type of project when the market is ready, I think that window has past. It may come back again if the macros match that of 12 months ago
