$5 billion of an overall $15 billion fund is up for grabs, if successful the money could be used as a loan,guarantee or equity.
20% of the fund is for renewables and low emission technologies.
I think the aim of the National Reconstruction Fund (NRF) is to expand manufacturing in Australia which has fallen in the last 20 odd years. Hopefully QPM has applied and the NRF Board can see the merit in the TECH project.
