Qpm has its entire output taken between LG Posco and GM. It has no intention (at this point) of selling to China. It’s not feasible that EV batteries that are meant to save the planet will be allowed to damage the environment as badly as being done in Indonesia. There has to be a clean nickel passport.
there are 2 schools of thought one set saying nickel deficit in 2024 and BHP looking for tariff relief saying over supply.
