    Cheers but don't worry. My comments are all tongue-in-cheek to some extent. I do appreciate good constructive commentary and there certainly is some here which I am always keen to learn from. But I am not as cavalier or as easily swayed as my comments might indicate.

    I absolutely agree that if "you believe" set and forget is the way to go, or alternatively trade around a core holding. I suspect that's what I will do here.
