when you approach consultants it’s imperative you divulge the facts so as to obtain compliance with the deliverables and to mitigate risk.
Some of those consultants (snd their are a plethora of them) engage with local authorities snd the community.
My belief is, good management involves all stakeholders to ensure a definitive timeline for approvals are maintained.
