Not really. He's just saying that the market speculating about what will happen has absolutely no relevance to the actual timeline of events.
It's crazy to say that since we're getting a run early it means we'll get the DFS earlier than expected. The DFS will be ready when it's ready and released then. Whether the share price crashes or soars it will make no difference to that timing.
We all hope to see it as soon as possible (well, other than those wanting to buy more), but we can't speed it up by increasing the price.
Larrygerry: I hear you there! Extremely brave to short QPM at the moment when the DFS could be released at any time! Potentially we could see a trading halt at any time now and not trade below 40-50c ever again. There are no guarantees either way but a short at this time is an extremely dangerous game to play! None of us would shed tears if the shorters were burned by an early DFS release, heh heh heh.
