The Townsville eplanning hub has now been updated to show that we are officially in the decision stage for the MCU (probably to stop me heckling them like I did for them to show the State referral...).

Given that it took 25bdays with I think 6 shut down days over Xmas to issue the IR, the legislative decision date for the final decision is 6 December (if I got the shutdown/public holiday days correct). This is a key milestone date as the state referral is just a supplementary decision that forms part of the MCU approval.

Hopefully, local government officers haven't been dragging their heels here and can issue the decision before the due date.
