Absolutely it is. It’s a standard regulation. However a conversation around a raise price is appropriate leading into the AGM. The GM deal was massively significant but since then the SP has traded sideways with obvious manipulation. As @shaq stated earlier management have done brilliantly however, as noble as Qpm’s cause is, let’s not lose sight of why we’re invested here. Management need to start to drive SH value and give some form of direct acknowledgment (as opposed to those lucky enough to have direct contact) that they are aware of the potential for dilution if a raise is done at 18c.
