@chocklips - you can see the evidence that the funding is moving forward slowly but surely. There is a consortium of names working together to this purpose. Due process must be followed, however onerous it may seem to be. Compare that with, for example, a situation where there isn't any concrete evidence of funding coming together , which is why people here have confidence in the work of management.
