    Yeah very concerning. And even when the chair clarified there is no tailings dam, the councilor went "I'm still concerned about the water supply so I'm voting against it." The other councilor who opposed it kept providing reasons unrelated to planning, and struggled to ask clear, referenced and relevant questions during Q&A.
