It's a moot point. They satisfied all planning criteria so if they had voted it down they would have had their arses sued off. The majority got it. The illiterate super bogan doesn't understand enough of anything to comprehend that and the other one was opposed as it effects her own local realestate investments and is already in a legal battle with her own council so doesn't really care.
