Most simplest (or at least green) solution would be to utilize more waste gas from the hub in a hydrolysis process to produce Hydrogen and Carbon Black or Graphen like materials.
Just not sure if you can label this as green hydrogen, since most people would call it gray hydrogen.
But I don't think this can be integrated into the plant.
