Hang on a sec, wasn't the delay to the DFS due to KBR's additional requirements and testing around the performance guarantee they threw their hat in the ring for.
From my understanding, this was never apart of the initial DFS and was then folded in as it would mean that QPM could secure more finance.
Basically KBR said we'll give you money but we want X Y & Z fleshed out a bit more....the (very) apt management team then decided to push out the DFS so it wasn't half assed and was providing everything needed to secure funding and tick all the boxes.
I reckon a few people need to do some more due diligence before they spout incorrect chatter.
Yes a DFS delay is never good, but surely it's all circumstantial and relevant to the reasons behind. However in saying that if one was able to sell prior to the drop, then re buy back in at a lower rate then I guess that's just good trading...not my style but horses for courses.
