Hi @sandfire.

Regarding HPA, I asked SG a couple of months ago and his response was that they were happy with LB's work and that the HPA production should not be technically difficult to achieve. I don't have any details of the state of testing at LB's demo plant though.

Remembering a few things which may or may not be related:

- AA promised $26M for the Lansdown hub in the run up to the election, citing the TECH project
- QPM mentioned our NC partners are pushing for further engagement aside from the current supply agreements
- NC partners SLN are looking to develop a new project in the north of the island, emphasising environmental concerns
- NC government co-presented with QPM at the French Australian Chamber of Commerce a couple of weeks ago, NC government are pushing for improvements to clean/green nickel production locally
- SG in France this week, our PM to meet with Macron on Friday, having cited France's interests in the Pacific
