    Thanks for the info..it proves how important this nitric acid part of the plant is.
    Using 1,050,000 dt p/a =120t p/h through the plant.
    120*1.8t nitric= 216tonnes of nitric acid
    216 * 4 hrs =864 tonnes of nitric acid in the leach tanks.
    I don't know the retention time in the plant up to finish of hydrolysis, but I would guess there is over 2,000 tonnes of acid in the circuit.AIMO.
