The PFS had a 1.08bn AUD$ NPV with Ni @ 5.7 US$/lb or 12600 US$/t on the spot case // 1.47bn AUD$ NPV with Ni @ 7 US$/lb or 15450 US$/t on the base case.
While the numbers won't be as flashy as when Ni is at 30k$/t, If the project wasn't making money with Ni @ 15k$/t, it wouldn't go ahead anyway.
Inflationary pressures won't be here for long with commodities being smashed down and this plant will be operating for 30 years. Hopefully, the team can reign in costs, use economies of scale and optimize the process to launch the Tech project and reap the rewards in the next few decades.
