It seems that QPM is the equivalent of St.Barbara mines before its takeover and defenestration by Genesis - a takeover would allow the separation of QPME from the TECH, with the latter left in a rump company with a small amount of cash to keep the lights on while TECH finds a big brother (?).
QPME could form the nucleus of a much larger gas play ??
