    That is what NAIF is for, to fund significant projects, I have seen it funding up to $600m for Genex's project, or nearing confirmation of funding!

    Funding subsidiaries of LG & Samsung (if they come onboard) and on our end for QPM through NAIF funding is 1 particular scenario that can avoid serious dilution for us, that is the optimal solution for SH.
    A CR by QPM to front up some of the funds would be close to 100% dilution ie. $45m less than 10% of our original capex.
    Can't see that happening
