ADD IPS Pty Ltd are not a drilling company as such but a 'well engineering/drilling/project management consultancy group'.
Buy having a drilling consultancy group available suggests to me the professional manner in which QPN are going about there business.
Waiting in anticipation for their next move.
One thing is for sure,positive news in QPN'S objectives should see a move up in share-price.
