One of my pet hates are placements to instos at a reduced sp. I believe that all cap raisings should be to existing shareholders and then if the full quota is not accepted, then offer it to the instos.
Why cant shareholders make an instant 10 to 20%. I often wonder what type of relationship some of these directors have with the instos. Does not make sense why companies continue to shaft their shareholders and we all sit back and take it!!. It is almost like a legal corporate theft.
