It's hard to judge exactly when a cap raise is going to be done. I think that as drilling has not started and previous the last few days qpn was in accumulation mode after having a nice steady little rise over the last few months. Recently a lot of companies have raised to soph's on the start of drill just after good news ,only to announce "UNFORTUNITLY.........."
It stops the SP run and leaves investors frustrated. On good ann's QPN can run freely, and on a hiccup stops dilution at below 1cent.
No-one is ever happy with dilution ,however it is necessary to go forward, and done correctly benefits all.
