THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

Expert witness statements
1. By 11 January 2008, the applicants file and serve a copy of any expert witness statements that they propose relying upon at trial.
2. By 11 February 2008, the respondents file and serve any expert witness statements that they propose relying upon at trial.
3. By 25 February 2008, the applicants file and serve a copy of any responsive expert witness statements that they propose relying upon at trial.

Expert conferral
4. By 29 February 2008, the experts are to confer with a view to identifying and clarifying any issues arising within their areas of expertise for the purpose of resolving or narrowing the points of difference between them.
5. By 5 March 2008, the parties shall lodge with the Court a report certifying that the experts have conferred and stating the outcome of the conference by identifying, areas where they are in agreement and where they are not, and in the latter case stating the basis of any disagreement. A copy of the report is to be provided to opposing solicitors within 3 days of the conference.

Non-expert witness statements
6. By 21 December 2007, the applicants file and serve a copy of any non-expert witness statements that they propose relying upon at trial.
7. By 21 January 2008, the respondents file and serve any non-expert witness statements that they propose relying upon at trial.

Objections
8. By 4 March 2008, any objections to evidence to be filed and served.
9. By 7 March 2008, the parties are to confer in relation to the objections with a view to agreeing any objections.

Bundle of documents
10. Each party is to submit to the other party an index for a bundle of documents to be tendered at trial by 1 February 2008.
11. The other parties are to respond in writing by accepting the index or identifying which of the documents is contentious and stating the basis for any contention, and by identifying any additional documents which the parties say ought to be included in the bundle by 8 February 2008.
12. The applicants prepare a consolidated index of documents, and where there are objections to particular items, those objections and a succinct statement of the basis of the objections is to be filed and served by 13 February 2008.
13. An updated, final, indexed and paginated bundle is to be filed by 7 March 2008.

14. By 29 February 2008, the applicants are to submit to the other parties a concise chronology of the events relevant to the determination of the proceedings.
