This is what i rummaged up from the previous LYC quarterly report (prices for 2016)...
Looking at the price ranges for NdPr from the "info-re" website you quoted. It indicates that ranges between July and September were from generally between the low 36,000s to the high 37,000s US per a tonne (based on the quotes indicated by Chinese suppliers); or 36 - 37USD/kg.
Seems like the sales price would be comparable (if not better, i don't understand this VAT business) to the previous quarter, which was decent. Is there something, i'm missing?
