It's certainly at the bottom of that very well defined channel and a few indicators are confirming that - I also had a thought that traders in this sector were keeping their powder dry waiting for QNR, but I'm not so sure now, QNR public or private is still QNR and competition is there whether they float or not, it would be interesting to see a thread on QNR start to see what everyone else thinks - apparently the largest float since TLS.
