With the current situation with MMK are the Board still able to accept a better offer if it is put on the table or are they locked into their agreement with the Russians.
I had been under the impression that the Board had been outsmarted by them and that their were a penalty clause if FMS were to reneg on the deal, but not so the case with the Russians.

Certainly don't have to be an Einstein to see the benefits to the Russians with the delay tactic they have brought about, that is assuming that we are unable to reneg on the contract or sell to a higher bidder !
