Certainly looks like they have done some sort of MOU with QR. As far as the shareholders go we are all still waiting for an imminent deal with FMG - at least that was the last official communication we received .. what a joke.

Anyone care to estimate how many WNI shares might be on issue after they secure funding? They already have twice as many out there as BHP and are yet to secure $1 of funding. A bunch of limos doesn't buy you much collateral.

They may end up with several hundred billion shares out there, so a consolidation is inevitable.
