    Acceptances now at 80.33%. Have lodged complaints with ASIC and ASX for what it is worth. Also have asked ASX what the guidelines are for de-listing.

    Given the conduct of this company and the letter trail that is writing to shareholders on 9 March 2012 stating that they would no longer to seek to delist BRM then one month later changing there mind and stating that would now seek to delist BRM the authorities may not permit the delisting of BRM.

    Also you wonder how this would stack up legally if challenged in the courts. Obtaining shareholder acceptance by deception.
