"creative accounting..." - I haven't spotted anything.
Cash flows is in line with the income statement, segment reporting and there aren't any ridiculous revenue or expense recognition policies.
Capitalisation of R&D is quiet small and there doesn't seem to be any other funny expense recognition going on IMO
If it's true they are raising capital, agree its likely for an acquisition.
