    Yes nothing new in the quarterly, apart from the extra anticipated spending that may point to actual drilling.

    What I want to know is, whatever happened to the old saying "time is money"?? I mean, if you had all the boxes ticked, wouldn't you just get the bloody rig out there and under way? Or to put it another way...what are they doing and what is holding up the show?
