    G'day Brantley

Seems we work on a similar basis. I search for good structure, management, prefer single product (group) companies with a competive advantage and growth that is near-mid term that is not yet valued in. Occasionaly I look seriously at graphs to better my entry if it looks like there are technical players in the stock.

HDR is still a pet project and a couple of others but information is tight in many small- mid cap companies at the minute. With money as cheap as it will ever get if they can't fund and get products to market or minerals out of the ground in this environment they don't deserve our attention.

Q odesn't set all my indicators on fire yet but it has enough boxes ticked to keep me interested. My greatest worry is it will be taken over at a very low value compared to what I thing it will be worth in 2-3 years. It's hard to complain when you make money but to invest the research time and lose this value it hurts. Hope they can get that cashflow (and reasonable market cap) before they're targeted as their purchaser will be more than likely the cashflow provider. Hope the potential agressors don't delay or slow the show because of corporate shinagians

    Good luck.
PS a professor from the US (friend) continues to give me good news on Q and he will be out on Friday so hopefully I will have some wortwhile comment as he has run tests on similar / competing products previously as a uni/industry joint venture and seems to understand the potential of Q technology.

Half the battle from an end client / user perspective seems to be the real world implementation of the machines with staff numbers, specialist operators,, delivery systems, physical inflexability and downtime the problems preventing a good solution with good throughput. The technology works but infastructure supporting it sux and these partners need to get the basics of what the client needs sorted to take advantage of the huge margin and ongoing trailing income which is possible. Airport handling worldwide must become standardised and more modular to meet security guideline which will be implemented in the future.

    Enough gumph comment for now

Good luck and I will comment if I find out any relevant info.
