I think the placement is an unusally good one. It's only limited to 18.5 million shares, the value at the closing.. like someone said, "the professionals know something"... be interesting to see the opening on Monday... the professioanl investor demand may see the oversubscription being picked up early in the trade day, although it may have to be at the 30 cent level.
