We shipped 5.5mt - we should have cash generated at least 5.5mt x $50/t (worst case) = $275m. So we have spent approx $200m (after admin) on what?? Technical studies for a port expansion, a signed JV with QRN with nothing delivered yet and some mine capital for new projects.

sorry - now is the time to raking in the cash - these guys do not have the capability to deliver to 50mt pa - they need to be taken over
