If you maintain civility in your questions and ask the last part alone, you'll likely get told "We've not moved away from the mbchip being the final iteration, HOWEVER, if the market demands further refinement, we may revise our position to meet those demands.

Don't even ask the whole bidding war thing as that will just make you look like an idiot and they'll give you a shut-down answer and move on.
I wouldn't even ask the WDC questions because it's obvious they are interested or they wouldn't have re'd the JDA and that's what you will be told in that many words.

This whole meeting will be a massive waste of time as its timing couldn't be much worse.

I'd be very interested in knowing the realistic likelihood and reasonably expected nature of the "market demands". Once again, I keep banging my head on 4ds language of "informed decisions"... I want to know what they reasonable and likely to be.
