WD may try to 'persuade'? 4DS to go all the way to GB - that's my interest. i would love to suss that out specifically. Asking the above question could tease this out as the BOD have their ear to the ground and are across the appetite for GB proof vs straight acquisition at MB level.
there are no doubt relationship nuances which may make refusing WDs request for GB proof difficult (if that is the direction they wanted to go)
