As for the current action. . .. it is a CRIMINAL charge. therefore, ASIC must think that they are on pretty firm ground.
To those of you who say QTK is exactly the same company today as yesterday, you may be right, BUT ask yourself how important pallister is to the company's success? I don't know the answer to this question. . . .but I would imagine that he is going to be pretty distracted from QTK business over the next little while.
