One really does have to question the rationale/wisdom behind a Director buying such a miniscule stake.

He would have known the purchase would be made public, and to have purchased just 20.000 shares what sort of measure does that send to the market.

It hardly demonstrates to the investing public his faith in the company, and to my mind he has done more damage than good.
