Seen this many time before where a company is on its last legs...they jump into the bank accounts and over pay themselves before shutting the doors.

If you are holding now..be very careful. With QTK milking the bank account down to it last $300K and having to rely on a director to keep funding the ocmpany as no one else will give them money......its sure looking like the end of the road for this doomed company.

Its amazing they have away with everything today but justice always wins in the end and I am aware that the authorities are having a good look at the company now.
