They have said nothing really. Basically what they said about the China $380 million almost 2 years ago. Now no mention of China...still no money being made...just supposedly signed up a new "deal" in South Africa which will again supposedly make money for QTK.
I would say the price will spike a bit with BP or someone trying to push it up and then a dump.
Until QTK actually pull in money, REAL MONEY...not just revenue...but PROFIT...I am sure the market will not go near QTK.
