Along the lines of Ramping Works -like Yeh you betcha .
If one is patient and can take all the BS out of the Ramping postings and wait instead of paying TOP DOLLAR at say .44 until all of the BS has been discounted down to the present price of .25 one could almost purchase DOUBLE the number of shares for the same money; so now tell me that RAMPING WORKS!!!!
