re: pallister sells more than 30 million shares No, Pallister has sold approx 3 million shares for approx $1.2 million in September and November. This has nothing to do with the 30 million shares on the 14th of December.

On the 17th of August 2005, all directors state that their shares will be placed in voluntary escrow until the 30th of June 2006, Given that Pallister sold shares in September and November 2005 (before he resigned as a director) I would think this is a serious breach of trust.
