3...Mobilarm Group sold just on 3m shares to raise $1.2m

and Mobilarm will buy 20m back from Blazzed....nett affect is Mobilarm Group end up with 17m more shares.....

4....The money and share transfers and options is subject to Pallister buying 11.4m shares at 35c from Thorney.

and Pallister has nine months to buy back 20m of his 30m shares.

Nett affect......Pallister ends up with exactly the same amount of shares.

I know its difficult Brad....but sometimes.......just sometimes...people have to sell an asset to raise money.

Pallister has raised the $4m to buy Thorney out.

6.....QTK have more cash now then ever

So......its business as usual.
