It was announced that Thornely would invest $4 million on the 2nd of November.
On the 7th of November the shares were issued to Thornley.

On the 9th of November there was a Response to ASX Share Price Query because the stock fell from 45c to 36c.

Pallister resigned as MD on the 15th of November.

Capital raising was announced on the 14th of December, where Pallister took over the Thornley shares.

On the 21st of December it was announced that mobilarm group had sold approx 3 million shares for Approx $1.2 million dollars from the 12th of september to the 14th of November.
Of particular interest is the sale of $516k in shares on the 7th of November..........The same date that the Thornely shares were issued.

So clearly your statement above is wrong, this money was raised before Thornley offically pulled out.
