qtk - to resume trade, page-2

After reading and digesting QTK's recent ann. I'm of the understanding/opinion that anyone who purchased shares post the most recent Pratt placement ann. on 7th Nov, 05 should be legally entitled to cancel their purchase of QTK shares (or to consider financial compensation) as Pratt has done and if I had more shares I'd be talking to a lawyer about this or getting IMF's opinion. Even worse, Pratt has been allowed to keep his options at no cost to himself. I wonder what threats THorney Group made. This is clearly an embarrassing and unprofessional outcome and gives us a true reflection of the management of QTK. THey can not be trusted and the share price will rightfully be thrashed on open tomorrow.
