I find it a bit strange that QTK just want certain asset from ZYL a payment that is equivalent to $2 million in QRT shares . ZYL currently has a market capital of Approximately $3 million (0.031 cents) it would easier launch a full takeover taking in to account that QTK has a market capital of $71 million.
Way have they structured this way, in my opiniion if they offer $ 2 milliion in shares at 19.5 cents it equates to 10.5 million shares to ZYL and increases QTK total market to $73 million but the market might not reflect that as you get diluted with more shares, until earning start to lift or make a profit.
The conclusion in my opinion is we dont know what we are sell these asset for and more importanty management ZYL should before EGM have independent valuation on these assets.
