From all of his misrepersented postings that he has posted over the last 2 + years I would say yes and the said fact most probably is that I wouldnt be surprised if he/she hasnt been slowly dripping his shares onto the market each and every day, how dont we know that he/she isnt the persons who bought his/her shares it less than .01 per share.
I wouldnt be surprised that after QTK goes into receivership that we ever hear from $muggs--- again ,at least not under this posting name!!
